Marilyn is the friendly voice you hear when you call us during regular business hours. With over 20 years of experience in Customer Service, 10 years of that within the aesthetics industry, she is knowledgeable, professional and dedicated to maintaining the best experience for our clients.
Rhonda Reid, Operations Manager and Laser Consultant
Rhonda Reid received her B.Sc Electrical Engineering in 1986 and has been working with a variety of medical laser technologies since 2001. She researches Laser technologies as they apply to Aesthetic Medicine, and oversees MD Aesthetics' ongoing commitment to upgrading equipment and technology that ensure your treatments reflect the best the industry has to offer. She carefully evaluates and tests all medical equipment before the service is offered to clients and coordinates all ongoing technical training at MD Aesthetics.
Moya Collins, Medical Technician & Aesthetician
Extensively trained and highly capable of meeting client needs, Moya has been a full-time Laser technician and Aesthetician since 2005. With more than 1500 technical hours in her first year using 3 state of the art laser technologies, Moya is an experienced Medical Laser Technician. Distinguished for being caring, meticulous and professional, she has gained the loyalty and confidence of all clients with whom she has had the pleasure of helping.
Valerie Martineau
Valerie has worked as a Medical Aesthetician, Laser Technician and Trainer in the Medi-Spa industry for 5 years. A strong advocate for patient safety and healthy outcomes, Valerie recognized the importance of working in a "Medical Spa with a Medical Degree" and found that "perfect fit" when she joined Dr. Copeland and the MD Aesthetics team in April 2008. This enabled her to use and improve her wealth of academic and practical knowledge in an environment governed by medical standards and procedures. With a keen thirst for knowledge, Valerie attends various training & educational programs to keep current in a field that continues to evolve. This ensures that her clients always receive the highest quality of service, results, and safety.
Valerie performs Lipo Therapy, Laser Hair Removal, Laser vein treatments, Photo- Facials, Skin Tag Removal, Skin Rejuvenation treatments and is also trained and experienced in providing consultations for Botox and Dermal Fillers. Valerie is especially known for strong ethics as well as her caring and friendly nature when interacting with clients and co-workers.
Dianne Price
Dianne joined MD Aesthetics in August 2008 adding invaluable knowledge and experience to the team. For the past 7 years she has focused her full-time career in the Medical Aesthetic & Laser industry. She has worked with several laser technologies, performed a variety of cosmetic procedures and can also include the highly responsible position of Training to her accolades.
Diane's experience includes Laser Hair Removal, Photo-Rejuvenation, Chemical Peels, Facials and Lipo Therapy. In addition to her commitment to continuing her education and training in Laser and Aesthetics, she is currently furthering her studies in field of Nutrition.
Dianne is reliable, efficient and always attentive to her client's needs and concerns. She is looking forward to using her experience and skills to help clients of MD Aesthetics achieve their goals.
