Endoscopic Brow Lift

Endoscopic Brow Lift

Endoscopic Brow Lift
A procedure that restores a more youthful and refreshed appearance to the area above the eyes. It corrects droopy eyebrows, raises the upper eyelids and improves the horizontal lines and furrows on the forehead that make a person appear angry, sad or tired. The procedure is performed using four small incisions placed behind the hairline, leaving no visible scars. An endoscope, which is a pencil-like camera device connected to a television monitor, is inserted through one of the incisions. This allows for the visualization of the muscles and tissues beneath the skin. Using a separate instrument, the forehead skin and eyebrows are lifted, and the underlying forehead muscles are altered to produce a smoother appearance to the upper face.
