CLEARSILK LASER TREATMENT

ClearSilk is a gentle, non-ablative laser treatment that gently and effectively treats redness, rosacea, fine lines, wrinkles, the appearance of large pores and uneven skin texture. It  is painless, it can be done anytime of the year with no downtime and is the perfect pre-event treatment that will restore a youthful, radiant appearance. ClearSilk is a great option for its ability to reduce flushing/blushing, diffuse redness, rosacea, broken capillaries, dilated blood vessels,  acne, and red scars.  It is the ultimate companion to BBL as they target reds at different depts for a better overall result.

What can I expect

ClearSilk is a quick 30 minute treatment, known as the "lunchtime facial." This treatment can be described as relaxing and therapeutic as it provides a gentle warming of the skin during treatment. During treatment, the laser delivers micro-pulses of energy to  create heat deep beneath the skin's surface. This stimulates fibroblast activity and the body's natural repair process for a healthier, more vibrant complexion which improves with each treatment.

How many treatments?

While visible improvements are possible with a single treatment session, optimal results typically require a series of treatment sessions.

Will there be downtime?

There is no downtime with this treatment. If treating Rosacea it is possible to have some swelling for one to two days.. Some patients may experience mild redness or a sensation of warmth at the treatment site(s) for a short period of time after a ClearSilk session.

Most patients can achieve their desired outcome after four to six ClearSilk sessions.

Post-Treatment Care:

Avoid direct sun exposure, and wear at least SPF 30. You may experience minor redness and/or warmth for a few hours post treatment. After the procedure, you can return to your normal activities immediately. It’s important to note that you should avoid excess heat, massage, and direct sunlight at the treatment sites for at least 24 hours post-treatment
