Dr. Copeland is a physician with over 30 years of clinical experience. For the past 20 years, he has become a top rated and nationally recognized physician in the rapidly growing field of non-surgical Cosmetic Medicine. He has a certification and fellowship in the specialty of Family Medicine with special interest in Cosmetic Medicine.
Dr. Copeland is committed to his ongoing professional development. He consistently follows new advances by regularly attending peer-to-peer training seminars, workshops, and conferences in Canada and internationally, with specialists recognized in their field. He brings to MD Aesthetics the most up to date information and advanced technologies in the field of non-surgical Cosmetic Medicine.

Rhonda Reid, BEng., Creator and Co-Founder, Copeland MD Aesthetics, Therapeutic Botox Centre, Anderson Medical Centre
Rhonda received her BSc Electrical Engineering in 1986 from Memorial University of Newfoundland. She is the general manager/owner of MD Aesthetics and has worked with a variety of aesthetic medical laser technologies. She oversees MD Aesthetics’ ongoing commitment to providing top notch equipment and technology so that clients receive the best possible care.
Lisa, Cosmetic Consultant
Lisa has worked in the Cosmetic Industry for over 10 years. She is a customer centric person, who will always keep our clients’ needs at the forefront of her decisions. Lisa is full of recommendations based on your skin concerns and needs and will be able to point you in the right direction with your treatment plan.
Jessica, Medical Assistant to Dr. Copeland and Medical Administrator
Jessica has a diploma in Business Administration and years of experience in customer service and managerial positions. This combination has proven invaluable in her role of assisting Dr Copeland in his busy cosmetic practice as well as being the medical administrator for his family practice. She demonstrates a natural ability to communicate with patients and put them at ease.
Tamara, Medical Aesthetician
Tamara is a certified Medical Aesthetician, she graduated at the top of her class with honours from Canadian Beauty Institute in 2017. Tamara’s career at MD Aesthetics began in client services, where she quickly became knowledgeable about the advanced medical services we offer. She has also been apart of the team that runs the medical administration for Dr. Copeland’s family practice. Tamara transitioned into performing medical aesthetic treatments within her first year of client services and has continued to grow and thrive as a Medical Aesthetician. Tamara’s passion for skin treatments and skin care started with her own problematic skin journey, which inspired her to jumpstart her career in the Medical Aesthetics field.
Rosa, Medical Aesthetician
Rosa is a certified Medical Aesthetician, she graduated at the top of her class from Canadian Beauty College in 2022. She found her love for beauty in her early teens and has since turned her passion into her career. Rosa decided to pursue her journey into Medical Aesthetics in 2016, after working 30 years as a Branch Manager in the financial industry. Her goal is to empower others to feel confident by taking care of their appearance with skin care, and carefully selected treatments.
Sital, Permanent Makeup Artist & Scalp/Brow Micro-Pigmentation Artist
Sital has been in the aesthetics industry for 17 years. She started in London, England and later moved to Toronto where she continued to grow, expand her services, and share her expertise and experience as an international trainer. Sital has a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of permanent makeup, brow enhancement, scalp micropigmentation, scar camouflage, and inkless scar revision. Sabrina, Client Services & Marketing
Sabrina brings to MD Aesthetics a background of knowledge in customer service, cosmetics, business management, and a growing knowledge in the field of Nursing. She demonstrates a commitment to connecting with clients, thus allowing them to feel comfortable communicating their concerns and treatment desires with her. In addition to client services, Sabrina works closely with Rhonda and Lisa as a part of the MD Aesthetics marketing team, upgrading our marketing to meet the demands of the growing generation.
Anara, Client Services
Anara dedicates herself to our client services team with years of education on the importance of skin care from a very young age. As of one the first faces and voices interacting with clients, she is committed to providing excellent customer service to our clients while assisting them with their appointment scheduling needs, and answering to any questions or concerns they may have.
Sanja, Client Services
Sanja came to MD Aesthetics with a diploma in Hospitality Management, and as a certified Life Coach. Her love of skin care with her previous experiences, and exceptional communication skills make her well suited to providing patient-centered customer service. Sanja is another one of the first faces and voices that our clients are met with, and she makes an excellent addition to our team.
