By booking a service, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date contact and medical information.
All service sales are final. The value of purchased services may be exchanged for another treatment, subject to a $100 administration fee.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at our professional discretion.
4. Product Sales & Returns
To be eligible for a return, retail products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, and returned within 5 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds are issued only upon inspection and approval. Gift cards are non-refundable.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. Payment is due in full at the time of booking or purchase.
Promotional pricing and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be redeemed for cash.
