AM I A CANDIDATE

You may be a good candidate for evaluation if you are experience urine leakage with coughing, laughing, jumping, or exercise, or if you notice strong, sudden urges to void—sometimes with leakage. During your consultation, we review symptoms, history, medications, then discuss appropriate options.

Many clients with stress-predominant symptoms notice fewer leaks and improved comfort when tissue support (such as diVa®) is combined with pelvic-floor therapy and habit retraining. Diva is best for women in the years leading up to perimenopause who want to proactively support their hormonal and vaginal health. Its ideal for those experiencing early changes such as vaginal dryness, discomfort, or sensitivity.

For mild cases of Urinary Incontinence, it is possible to

  • Reduce leakage with coughing, sneezing, laughing, or exercise
  • Improve vaginal tissue hydration and comfort (especially peri- or post-menopause)
